1.2 How can I search for items?
Simply enter a keyword in the quick search on the homepage. A list of relevant products will appear. By clicking on the brand or brand logos you can also search for specific products of a particular brand.
1.3 Why is the New Flag Online Shop exclusively for business customers?
The New Flag Online Shop offers professional brands and products, which is why you need a valid business to shop.
2 Registration and Password
2.1 How do I create an account?
Create an account by clicking the "Create Account" button on the homepage. Fill in all your details and then click "Create Account” underneath. We will then verify your business and your account will be activated.
2.2 How do I log in?
There’s an option to log in or register at the top of each page. If you already have an account, click "Log In" and enter your email address and password.
If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly and easily create one. Just fill in the required information and click "Create Account".
2.3 What are the benefits of creating an account?
As the New Flag Online Shop is exclusively for business customers, a registration is required to view prices and be able to order. You'll also get all the information about your orders and have online access to your accounts.
2.4 What if I’ve forgotten my password?
Go to the homepage, click “Log In" and then click on the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address which you used to set up your account. You will receive an email with a link from us. Click on the link. You will be prompted to enter a new password. In case you do not receive an email, please check your spam/ junk folder.

2.5 Can I change the password myself?
You can change your password any time. Simply go to "My Account" and go to "Settings".
3 My Account
3.1 Will my data be stored?
To execute your orders according to your wishes we need to store certain data. We won’t pass on your email address to any third parties.
3.2 How can I change my details, for example, my e-mail address?
Click on "My Account". After you have entered your email address and password, you can change your details in “Settings”.
4 My Orders
4.1 How to order in the New Flag Online Shop?
If you want to order products, please click on the picture or the item and place the product in your shopping cart. If you want to continue shopping, please click "Continue Shopping".
In your shopping cart you can review the products you have selected and change the number, colour, etc. If you want to search for more items, click "Continue Shopping". To return to your shopping cart, please click on the shopping cart icon in the top navigation bar.
In your shopping basket you have the option to enter a discount code. When you have completed your selection, click on "Checkout".
You’ll then be asked to enter your billing address. For delivery to a separate address, please enter an additional delivery address.
Selection of payment method: Choose a payment method.
Check and send: You can check your order one last time. Please accept the terms and click "Buy" to finally place your order.
4.2 Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order is 6 invisibobble® packs. One invisibobble® pack usually contains three hair rings, with the exception being certain special edition versions. If this is the case, it will be clearly displayed on the product page.
4.3 What payment methods are accepted?
All of our card payments are handled off-site through Stripe. We also accept payment by invoice.

4.4 How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email: email@example.com. Alternatively, you can call us from Monday to Friday between 09:30 and 17:00 on 0333-241-2995.
5 Delivery and Returns
5.1 Do I have to pay delivery charges?
The shipping cost is £2.60 excl. VAT regardless of size and weight of your order.

5.2 How are my orders delivered?
Our delivery partners are Royal Mail, APC or another local courier. This will be confirmed with you on order.
5.3 What do I do if the delivery does not arrive?
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived after this time period, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can call us from Monday to Friday between 09:30 and 17:00 on 0333-241-2995.
